The CLIFFS Restaurant is one of the four restaurants in Calabria which are mentioned into the UIR Guide (Italian Restaurants Union).
 Its excellence is represented by the use of genuine, first quality products , originating from a passionate and constant research on the territory conducted by Mimmo, general manager of the hotel, and by his kitchen brigade..

Not forgetting that the nearby village of Nicotera is the mother land of the ‘Mediterranean Diet’,
cuisine suggestions are always based on local products, particularly fish, which is cooked absolutely fresh, pasta, Monte Poro cheese, legumes and vegetables together with sweets, hand-made as tradition says.
But, above all, CLIFFS Restaurant is the place of excellent fish, cooked without frills, introduced to the guest with a genuine flavour in order to taste it the same way as per old times recipes.
CLIFFS HOTEL guests, then, must not think of being on vacation to stay on a diet: it would be a pity not to pick up the singular gastronomic experience, which would not be easily repeatable, both for those guests preferring a à la carte service, and for those who prefer a half/full board service.
IMPORTANT: The CLIFFS cuisine is an express work: nothing is precooked, everything is prepared when the restaurant service starts. Therefore, you must be patient, and not get angry for some little delay: it will surely be worthy!!
